    We currently do not offer individual ingredient modifications. This helps us maintain consistency, quality, and accurate pricing. However, our menu includes a wide variety of meals so customers can choose options that fit their preferences.

  • Are your meals allergen-free?

    No. Our meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen where common allergens are present. We take safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee meals are free from cross-contact.

  • Where can I see ingredients and nutrition information?

    Every meal includes a full ingredient list, allergen information, and nutritional breakdown on its product page.

  • What type of containers do the meals come in?

    Our meals are packaged in BPA-free, oven-safe, microwave-safe, freezer-safe, and AI Smart Oven-compatible containers designed for safe heating and optimal freshness.

  • How much do the meals cost?

    Breakfasts are priced at $9.50, and all other meals are $10.50

  • When should I place my order?

    Because meals are prepared specifically for your order, we require 3-4 business days to process your order.

  • Do you offer subscriptions?

    We do not offer subscriptions at this time, but plan to introduce that feature shortly.

  • How will I know when my meals are ready to be picked up?

    You will receive a text or email notification.

  • How can my gym become a pickup location?

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes. Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website.

  • What if there is an issue with my order?

    If something is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out directly to your pickup location. They will be happy to assist you.
